Мне кажется в данном контексте "современную модель управления" лучше перевести как "modern management concepts", т.к. "managment model" приобретает слишком компьтерный оттенок.
"Ситема управления" как раз и есть очень компьютерная, так что можно "Management System", можно "Control System", а на мой вкус так лучше "Management Information System" http://www.oracle.com/customers/profiles/PROFILE10059.HTML

An alternative would be "contemporary management systems". It maybe doesn't sound quite as positive as "modern management systems".

The transformation of the organizations is a beneficial opportunity for the organization to improve the business processes. Appropriate changes can increase the productivity and the effectiveness of the organization.
The primary change that causes a greater competition between each organization occurred during the Baby-boom generation in 1976-80s. It was the first change in the managerial class which causes many companies to reduce the organization size in the 80s. In 1990, there was a first step of the reengineering process which was developed by Michael Hammer, the former MIT professor. From that time, the organizations have been changed, the managerial system had a tendency to increase the flexibility and ability to work.

The most important aspect is the organization, its objectives and goals. Thus no managerial system will take over and blindfold the organization toward just simply fulfilling requirements (elements and clauses).
