Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general) Tunisian divorce summons

Does this refer to the court adjourning the divorce hearing for the parties (wife/husband) to attend?? Many thanks for any help in advance...

without waiting for her attendance/ presence

regardless of her attendance/ presence

my understanding: if she does not attend as summoned, the court will continue to look into the case regardless of her attendance/ presence
(in absentia)
note: Tunisian Arabic has its peculiarities!
