Economic Study
Hi!
I'm translating an economic study for a Basque based statistics company. This is basically an outline of what exactly the study entails.
Here's some context:
This is an explanation of one of the variable to be used in the study.

So very strictly speaking it's "historic territory", but "province" will make more sense to an English speaker.

: Yes, but "historic territories" has a specific connotation different than just "provinces"

: "Historic territory" might be incomprehensible for an English readership. "By provinces" (better plural IMO) is fine.
