English term

which is our service area

Non-PRO English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Funeral Bill Agreement
The entire phrase reads "Transfer of Remains to funeral home: If beyond a ___ mile radius, which is our service area, there will be a charge of $___ per mile one way." Any ideas how to render this for a Latin American audience?
Change log

Mar 28, 2017 22:11: changed "Kudoz queue" from "In queue" to "Public"

Mar 29, 2017 17:01: Yvonne Gallagher changed "Level" from "PRO" to "Non-PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (3): Álvaro Espantaleón Moreno, Wilsonn Perez Reyes, Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

David Hollywood Mar 29, 2017:
pro o non-pro es muy subjetivo y después de años en este sitio veo que hay opiniones distintos con relación a este tema ... no te preocupes
That's OK, Wilsonn You just have to vote for reclassification.
Wilsonn Perez Reyes Mar 28, 2017:
Definition of non-PRO questions Non-PRO questions are those that can be answered by any bilingual person without the aid of a dictionary, for instance:
- I love you
- Welcome to Panama
- Since when?
- thermos
- mmm, yummy
- boo!
Wilsonn Perez Reyes Mar 28, 2017:
This is a non-PRO question which is our service area
que constituye nuestra área de servicio (área de cobertura)
