Norwegian term

tale skade

Norwegian to English Medical Medical (general)
From some clinical notes:

I assume tale skade was typed up wrong, but I'm not sure what they're actually talking about.

talus injury

I would be fairly confident that tale skade, should be talus-skade, talus being a large bone in the foot forming part of the ankle joint. I'd say this is another failure of speech recognition software, hated by a generation physicians longing back to the day of the medical typists!

I realise this suggested answer is coming a bit late to be of any use to you for this particular assignement...

Example sentence:

She was partially paralyzed and left with a speech impediment
