me he encontrado este término en el manual de un yate pero no estoy segura de qué puede significar...
¿Alguna idea?

I can't see why it would be a typo for "which", surely "with" makes much more sense.

I don't think this is a typo for "switch", because that would give "switch" twice in the same sentence ("switch automatic switch")

"whitch" should more probably be "which", which is itself a common mis-translation into English from numerous other languages, such as French: "dont l'interrupteur se trouve..." --> "the switch for which is located..."
