Spanish term

la santidad y la salvación

Spanish to English Art/Literary Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
This is a line from a script that takes place in an opera house in Argentina. The director of the opera house is talking to journalists:

BRUNO

Thanks

It all seemed a bit surreal to me, but how I see it is that Bruno is a divo making a comeback and the director is addressing him in a sarcastic way. Not sure about the 130 years.

Nothing like enough context for a sensible answer. 130 years since what (that is a lot older than the theater)? why is the comment provocative? Something to do with the opera itself?

holiness and salvation

Another option.
Peer comment(s):

agree MollyRose : Return to holiness and salvation is the literal translation and I don't see any reason to translate it some other way, especially since we don't have enough context to know what in the world they're talking about.

coming back to sanctity and to salvation...

agree Elizabeth Joy Pitt de Morales : I might say "a return to" sanctity and salvation, but I agree that the literal translation has a nice ring to it.

regain former glory

There will be many ways to say this. My interpretation is "Don't you think that regaining your former glory at this point is a bit...?".

agree bigedsenior : I like this.
