Dependerá del resto de tu contexto, pero creo que es importante entenderlo como "mantener mi depósito de energía emocional lleno", cosa que aunque no es muy idiomática en español, es literalmente lo que parece ser.
"Me ayudan a mantener mi nivel de energía emocional"... tal vez sería otra opción.

Pues eso, inspiración y ánimos...
