Прошу допомогти. Текст - типовий договір перевезення. Окремо у цьому фрагменті ніби все ясно, а до купи не в'яжеться. Може там переплутали apply i imply?

apply вжито правильно, якщо перекладати близько до оригіналу, то вийде "до Сторін не застосовуються..."

Як я тебе розумію -- у мене третій (сьогодні ж четвер???))) правда, по 12-13, але теж тяжко.
