imaging
"Estudios de gabinete" usually refers to imaging studies (CT scans, MRIs, ultrasound, etc.). In the absence of any context, I think "imaging (practices)" is probably a safer bet than "medical residency" in any case, which I'd be really surprised about if that's what it means.
