Eu usaria Taiwan mesmo... ninguém chama o Brasil de "República Federativa do Brasil", embora esse seja o nome oficial de nosso país. O mesmo ocorre com Taiwan - há um nome oficial, mas, na prática, quase ninguém o usa. O país é muito mais conhecido como Taiwan.

Hmmm... aí você cria uma ambiguidade perigosa para a expressão: substância perigosas de Taiwan. Causa a impressão que a tabela é só para os produtos de Taiwan, e não é esse o caso... eu fugi dessa construção justamente por isso..
