non trovo equivalenti per il "welfare", ma penso si possa dire super accessoriato, accessoriato, dotato di ogni comfort (troppo lungo nel tuo caso)
ci sono i van officina, cioè allestiti come officina, ma non trovo un equivalente IT per il "welfare van"

sembra che molte case produttrici di van si stiano concentrando su diversi allestimenti speciali e dedicati per utilizzi professionali e aziendali

secondo me non esiste ancora un equivalente IT per cui dovrai coniarlo tu
come sinonimo di welfare trovo comfort nell’Oxford per cui ecco qui un altro spunto
