As soon as the CRS “PWO” has been assigned or a customer gets shifted to a Workout Unit, an impairment trigger test has to be performed. Also when granting a concession , an impairment trigger test is obligatory for each affected customer. If the impairment trigger test is positive, a NPV test has to be performed.
