I am not sure why I dare to put some kind of answer, but the provide links may give you some clue. The "ya" part I take it may refer to "y" and "a" as parts of the equation(??)

"ya" is probably a typo.
And it should be "envolvente" instead of "evolvente".
Since this is a title, I think it'd make sense to use plural here.

I also think that "ya" is a typo, that should just read "y." Then, for the phrase, we would have: "cycloidal curves and evolvent curves of circles." There is a pretty good explanation of the involute curve, or evolvent (in Spanish ""involuta or "evolvente"), here:
