Is "duplex accuracy" defined elsewhere in your document? I've found other references to "dual accuracy", so I don't understand "duplex".

Duplex accuracy doesn't appear in any other part but these are the previous sentences. ***** - Due to technical reasons, the pre acceptance test will be made with Koba step gage. Pre acceptance with ball bar is not possible. Confirmation of the duplex accuracy MPE EM is only possible at the customer site after final installation.***** |

Chances are that EM stands for µm.
MPR = Maximim Permisible Error.
