Kno Arts? It could be referring to the throat, nose and ears but it seems a little strange to do it in such a way.

energy drink? http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=knoz I am a bit sceptical about this being the answer because it is slang and the likelihood of slang being used in an official report is slim but you never know. You have given very little context.

My guess:

knoz = klein neurologisch onderzoek = limited neurological examination

I think 'bzw' should be 'bwz' --> bewustzijn --> normal level of consciousness

Or did you consider something else for 'bzw'?
