To me, "brand markers" is not an actual marketing term but more a client-specific term so I don't think there is an already established translation for it. I would have used "touch points" for it, but since it's used later in the sentence, something like "éléments identifiants de la marque" could refer to everything that represents a brand. It's longer than the English though.
