In addition to the points detailed under Appendix A, Buyer shall perform the following:
3.1. Obtain necessary authorisations, clearances, permits and statutory approvals, required for the project from the state governments and other statutory and/or regulatory bodies.
3.2. Custom clearance and import duties of all tolls, equipment and materials supplied by SELLER.
3.3. Ensure free access to SELLER's personnel for proceeding with works uninterruptedly without any hindrance.
3.4. Supply, free of charge and in the shortest possible time, to SELLER technical documentation of the Plant in electronic form wherever available. BUYER represents that all documentation provided to the SELLER for designing is accurate and updated. BUYER shall be liable for any consequences of out of date or incorrect information provided to the SELLER.
