The latter applies to all possible transmission methods (e.g. using terrestrial transmitters, cable TV, cable distribution, online content, streaming, web pages on the internet, intranet or extranet, satellite TV, including direct satellites), irrespective of the legal form, the type of receiver (television, telephone, computer and/or any other device), the financing device of the TV channel or the design of the legal relationship between the transmitter and receiver (free TV, pay TV, pay per view, video on demand, near video on demand, closed circuit rights) and to as many broadcasts as desired.
