I know this has been closed already, but I'm not sure I agree with the answer given. I would imagine from the context (more of this would help) that this should actually be "tax deductible", and the "Imp. no Liberado" should be tax non-deductible - tax exemptions wouldn't really fit here I don't think - see here for example for the difference between the two:
