Esta es una presentación de marketing de una empresa especializada en soluciones tecnológicas. Están hablando de "un desarrollo tecnológico" como un producto/servicio de su empresa, no como un proceso amplio ("el desarrollo tecnológico de la sociedad"). Entonces, no sé si aquí vale la traducción estándar "technological development" ("to carry out a good technological development?") o si hay otro término que exprese este concepto.

Spanish is very fond of using "realizar" with a noun to express what really amounts to a verb and is very often better and more naturally expressed by a verb in English. In addition, Spanish marketing language is much more prone to favour elaborate formulations; in English, briefer and punchier is often preferred.
All that being said, I would suggest expressing it like this, more simply and directly. There could in theory be a difference between good technological development and developing good technology, though it's difficult to see what that difference would amount to in practice. In any case, since this company makes technological products, I think what they actually mean is developing good technological (or good technological products).
I would suggest "We know what it takes to develop good technology [...]"

If you want to add an authentic marketing touch, you could even say "good technology solutions". (I'm joking, but many marketing copywriters love the word "solutions".)

To my mind, although it's true that technological development is the process and technology is the result, what they're really selling is the latter rather than the former. The bottom line for the customer is that this development process produces the goods (literally and metaphorically).
All that being said, I would suggest expressing it like this, more simply and directly. There could in theory be a difference between good technological development and developing good technology, though it's difficult to see what that difference would amount to in practice. In any case, since this company makes technological products, I think what they actually mean is developing good technological (or good technological products).

ensure good technical development
"Realizar"... can be translated lots of ways, some more inspiring than others. I've opted for "ensure" this time, which implies not just "doing/making" but also "guaranteeing" that it will "fulfil all the expectations and aims" thereof.

I understand "development" to refer to the process rather than the result, although we may refer to the product as "a development" as well. Given the current obsession with the buzzword "innovate/innovation", an alternative might be "breakthrough", although at the end of the day it's really just another "product".

One possible version could be "We know what is involved in ensuring good technological development that fulfils all (the/your/-) expectations and aims" ... Although I still find it rather clunky. I'd try to strip it down (and probably use "technical", simply because it's shorter and the meaning is similar to "technological")
