Entiendo que con "patient" te referís a "subject", no es así? Aquí debajo te dejo un par de enlaces. Si bien los ejemplos no hablan exactamente de pacientes, la idea de unblinded sigue siendo la misma, en mi opinión. Espero que te sirva.
