English to Russian Law/Patents Finance (general)

The Financial Advisers Act (Chapter 110) (“FAA”) sets
out certain business conduct requirements which
licensed financial advisers and *exempt financial advisers*
are required to comply with. However, the Bank has
been granted an exemption under section 100(2) of the
FAA by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

This means the Bank, as an exempt financial adviser
and its representatives (as representatives of an exempt
financial adviser) are exempted from observing and
complying with certain provisions of the FAA as well as
as provision of financial advisory services to you.
