Ganz sicher nicht, bei "linkage authority" passt ja schon allein das "obfuscate" nicht zu "Befugnis", denn es ist ja eine Tätigkeit. Das sind "Stellen/Einrichtungen" (ähnliche Bedeutung wie in CA und RA), die etwas tun. Ob es sich in dem Patent um von Menschen betriebene organisatorische Einrichtungen oder um reine Computerhard- und -software handelt, ist aus der Frage nicht zu erkennen.
