Hebrew term (edited):
להפקיד את ההמחאה לגביה
to deposit the check
A יוד is missing: לגבייה. The term לגבייה is not needed in English (and arguably is extraneous in the Hebrew); thus, "to deposit the check."

thank you! |
Peer comment(s):

gfrim
: Probably the right answer as a practical matter, but the other two answers use more common formal contract language. Technically, a deposit is not necessarily the same as presentation for collection.

Regardless of the appearance of formality, neither of the other two suggestions thus far appears more than a handful of times online.

Emanuel Weisgras
: If she is translating a contract, she should use the language which is common in contract drafting. The scarcity of the phrase appearing online is not indicative.
