Dutch term

meefinancieren

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
Context:

The English "cofinancing" is a false friend, as it involves two lending institutions working together. . .

included in the mortgage

If the loss of interest can be included in the mortgage (amount). Van den End geeft "included in the financing", maar omdat het hier om hypotheken gaat, zou ik het zo omschrijven.
Meefinancieren restschuld zou je dan kunnen omschrijven als "Including residual debt in your mortgage".

Sorry, drukte te vlug. Het "... if the loss of interest can be included in the mortgage (amount) komt natuurlijk achter na [Uitstel van betaling van de lening kan alleen]

financing residual debts

I am referring to the term you asked - here are more explanations: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senior_debt
Peer comment(s):

disagree Kitty Brussaard : This would obviously be correct for restschulden financieren but that is not what this question is about. I also fail to see the relevance of the link provided.

'all monies' charge funding

Sweep up the residual or balance of debt into 'an all monies' charge. Might be a useful term for future ref.

meegefinancierd > funded on an 'all monies' charging basis

BTW, about a quarter of a century ago, the word funding in UK banking and legal circles started supplanting finance and financing as standard term.s
Example sentence:

The 'all monies charge' clause in the mortgage agreements of some lenders means the lender secures all debt against the mortgaged property.

Note from asker:
Oh, this is an interesting option, too! I prefer "funding" as well, but unfortunately my client doesn't, so consistency wins out here. . .

Despite the above reasons for increased sales, we see two factors that will impede a rapid acceleration of transaction numbers.[3] First, of the 850,000 potential house-seekers, over 260,000 are saddled with negative equity. Although in theory this residual debt can be included in the mortgage for another house, the monthly costs will be higher for these households.
