Spanish term

íntegro solar

Spanish to English Other Real Estate Property Owners' Bylaws
I'm confused by this as the majority of the m2 of the residential complex is allocated for private use, yet "íntegro solar" suggests "whole plot". I must be missing something...

Many thanks for any help.

So, it could mean something like "the entire back lot"...
neilmac Aug 4, 2015:
Country of origin? According to the DRAE, "solar" in C. Rica y Ven. is the backyard (or whatever you choose to call it) ..

Thanx
agree Thomas Walker : This sounds like what we would call in the U.S. a condominium development - apartments or offices are individually owned, but common areas & utilities are the property of the association.
