matka/ojciec ma problemy z synem/corka w UK

istnieje opieka spoleczna do spraw dzieci w tym panstwie gdzie jak ktos ma takie wlasnie problemy to moze sie zwrocic o pomoc.

Nie wiem jak bardziej jeszcze mozna to wytlumaczyc. Przepraszam nie chcialem byc arogancki.
