Por lo que he leído, las duchas pulverizadas se utilizan para mejorar la circulación sanguínea. Esto lo provocan alternando agua fría y caliente, siempre con "agua pulverizada", casi en forma de vapor. En inglés, al tratamiento se lo encuentra como "Mist Bi-thermal shower". Como en la frase que posteas no hace mención de la temperatura, optaría por eliminar el "bi-thermal".

High pressure aromatic shower
From what I understand and what I have read, it is a shower that uses high pressure water through an aromatic system.
So I would imagine that the water pressure acts as a kind of massage along with other elements of araomatherapy.
