I was thinking of translating "breaker" as "łamacz". It should be pretty self-explanatory in the context of excavating buckets.

Crusher is kruszarka. Unfortunately, I see breaker also translated as kruszarka. To me, breaker is a machine that breaks into large pieces, crusher into small pieces.
