éclairement de galettes

I believe this refers to exposing the 'wafers' to UV light as part of the photo-printing process (as is also sometimes used for things like PCBs and other systems using a photo-resist).

It's lighting in the sense of 'exposure' (cf. 'flashing' EEPROMs etc.), not in the sense of illumination.
