I can perhaps 'give (you) a hand' - but not a translation.
The 'hand' I offer is simply to mention that in the world of journalism, the very last thing that is written for any article is the title/headline. And, very often, it's not even written by the journalist but, instead, by the editor/publisher; and then it's usually worded for commercial, not literary, effect. That certainly seems to be the case here.
IOW, I suggest you forget about the title (subject of this question) until you've finished translating the entire article. Then, come back and review the answers our colleagues have proposed.
