English term

rounded

Non-PRO English to French Other Furniture / Household Appliances
Hello

I am wondering what does rounded mean? I believe it stands for ''arrondi'' but I find it weird to use it for this sentence:
a minimalist Scandinavian, gently rounded New Nordic style with a lightly crude deco touch

arrondi

I believe it is thte style that is 'gently rounded' — Scandinavian stuff has been noted for its simple, sleek, but generally angular lines (think IKEA!), so the fact it is rounded off a bit makes a welcome change.
