Eine schnelle Suche auf google zeigt, dass der Begriff 'economic plan' vor allem im Zusammenhang mit der Finanzplanung von Nationen oder auch Städten verwendet wird.
Mir scheint, dass 'in Deinem Fall am ehensten 'budget' zutrifft. Ich hoffe, es hilft!
