English to Romanian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

As noted in our Initial Letter, the Trust has been formed as a ‘foreign asset income trust’ which is basically a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada that ultimately holds operating assets in a jurisdiction outside of Canada.
As a trust is not technically an entity such as a corporation, Canadian trust law requires that a trustee or trustees be appointed to hold the trust’s assets. XXX (the “Trustee”) has been appointed as the trustee and earns a nominal annual fee for such appointment (see the attached notarized copy of the fee schedule). The Trustee has delegated responsibility for the administration and management of all aspects of the Trust to the Administrator and simply acts as a trustee to hold the assets of the Trust in name only, under the direction and control of the Trust Indenture and the Administrative Services Agreement.

M-am lovit de termenul ăsta într-o scrisoare trimisă de un birou de avocați din Canada, în care se explică ce e și cu ce se mănâncă și... m-am blocat. Se pare că ar fi ceva specific Canadei, o formă de organizare care nu e folosită pe la noi (probabil și motivul pentru care partea română a cerut explicațiile...) Știu că "trust" poate fi "fond fiduciar", însă aici e vorba despre un grup din domeniul energiei, cotat la bursă etc... nu sunt deloc sigură.
