je pense qu'il faut d'abord chercher à comprendre le texte anglais : ils disent "get a common awareness" et puis enchaînent en disant ; "to focus on customers Unique Business Needs and Buyer’s Personal Needs".
Donc ils passent du général/global au spécifique.
La traduction française doit tenir compte de ce cheminement.
Parvenir à une perception globale pour ensuite pouvoir se concentrer sur les besoins individuels des clients
