Energía Asociada Requerida
(i) Contratación de Potencia Firme: En el caso de contratación de Potencia Firme con energía asociada, dicha energía será la cantidad de Energía Asociada Requerida de esta Licitación la cual deberá estar disponible en los Puntos de Retiro de la empresa de distribución eléctrica durante el plazo del suministro. EL COMPRADOR se obliga a adquirir de EL VENDEDOR la Energía Asociada Requerida contratada la cual será calculada bajo la **Modalidad del Seguimiento Horario de la Demanda**. Se determina hora a hora, como la fracción de la demanda total de EL COMPRADOR (registrada o medida en los Puntos de Retiro), que resulta de dividir la Potencia Firme Contratada entre la Demanda Máxima de Generación (DMG) para el periodo indicado en los DDL, según la información del Informe Indicativo de Demanda vigente, excluyendo la Reserva de Confiabilidad de acuerdo a la siguiente fórmula:
