Что-то в таком духе Судя по функциям. А название Delivery Unit - это, похоже, "казахский английский"

Зоряна, при таких вводных я бы вообще назвала это подразделение "координационной группой".

The DU (Delivery Unit) will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the MBF (Mangystau Business Forum) and WGs (Working Groups), and will serve as their Secretariat. The DU will be directly answerable to the Department of Economics and the Akim.

The DU will undertake the following duties:

• Coordinate and facilitate MBF activities
• Provide the tools for agenda formation, monitoring of progress and implementation.
• Provide a standardised approach to reporting so that all stakeholders are informed as to the status of the various aspects of the project.
• Ensure that all stakeholders receive actionable agendas.
• Ensure that the functions and activities of the MBF, WGs and other structures (e.g., subcommittees, task forces) are communicated to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide research and position papers as required.
• Seek and coordinate in kind support from different stakeholders (e.g., donors, private sector, and national structures) and create linkages to regional and national programmes that promote economic growth.
