English term

Casement

English to Spanish Law/Patents Business/Commerce (general) Articles of Incorporation
It is part of a list of assets that a corporation is authorized to deal in, but I am not familiar with the term in a way that would fit this context. Help!!:

"...to take, lease, pledge, mortgage, and otherwise handle, and deal in and dispose of such personal property, chattels, chattels real, rights, ***casements***, privileges, chooses in action, notes, bonds, mortgages, and securities as may lawfully be acquired, held, or disposed of."

Thanks in advance for any input.

Don't bother about points - cancel away :-)
Note from asker:
Yes! I was about to cancel the question when I noticed that it was probably me misreading my very old typed copy of the document! I will award you the points once the system lets me do so!!
Peer comment(s):

agree Toni Castano : "Servidume" doesn´t exist, true, but everybody knows that the right term is "servidumbre". You helped the asker by detecting the clear OCR mistake. You deserve my agree.
