Pls see below thanks - reflexivo within the meaning that some thought had been given to the actual text or email sent as I understand it
En el presente caso, hemos de reiterar que mi mandante, dentro de un escrito reflexivo, intentando dar soluciones a problemas físicos del campo de golf, criticó a personas ajenas al Club, con palabras que siendo aparentemente fuertes, dentro del contexto de un correo electrónico exclusivamente remitido a otros socios y miembros de la Junta Directiva, calificaba el comportamiento de terceras personas, según unos hechos que previamente habían sucedido y que se debatía la idoneidad de la contratación de estas personas.

: Fine (or, perhaps, "...in his carefully considered written statement...." / Thank you. Ideally at least, this is what translation should be all about (i.e., critically evaluating a text that is already good and making it even better). All the best!
