In realtà pare che nella maggior parte dei casi venga lasciato in inglese, quindi ti suggerisco solo una "via di mezzo" ;)

ma mi pare che risulti troppo "pesante".

In effetti, avevo specificato che solitamente si lascia in inglese ;)
