For the Services rendered by the Servicers the Purchaser shall pay to the Servicers, subject to the TSA Specific Waterfalls, on each Settlement Date a servicing fee in an amount as agreed in a fee letter between the Purchaser and the Servicers.

Payments under or in connection with this Agreement to be made by the Purchaser for any reason whatsoever shall only be made (a) if and to the extent that there are funds credited to the Transaction Account and (b) in accordance with the TSA Specific Waterfalls.
