allora tradu letterale: "a rischio" - quello che avrei detto se non ci fossero stati i due punti seguiti da "elevata soddisfazione generale ed elevata propensione all'acquisto" (cioè: perché c'è rischio di perdere il cliente se è soddisfatto e vuole comprare???!?)

volevo dire: chiaro che esiste il cliente "a rischio", la cui fidelizzazione è in pericolo - il cliente si sta allontanando, il suo rapporto con l'azienda s'intiepidisce... perché? Perché il cliente è insoddisfatto, per un qualche motivo.
ma allora che c'entrano "high overall satisfaction and high purchase likelihood"...? è l'esatto contrario!
In rete trovo parecchi riferimenti per "Under these circumstances, however, a proactive complaint management is oftentimes able to stabilize *endangered* customer relations".
"The opposite to *endangered* customers are customers with business potential".
Forse il termine "endangered" non sarà usatissimo ?
