peripheral vascular disease
Peripheral vascular disease refers to any vessels outside the heart, not to be confused with "superficial." It includes problems of the deep vessels, such as deep vein thrombosis, as well as superficial issues, such as varicose veins. The Spanish version does not seem to understand that.

Yes, you are right that "periférica" refers to peripheral vascular disease. But then why the "profunda" in the Spanish? Peripheral already covers it, so I would just treat the two as one term in the English. Hope this helps.

Note from asker:
I thought enfermedad vascular periférica was peripheral vascular disease. My problem is what to do with 'profunda'. |

deep vascular desease
This is how I would translate:
The method would be that of choosing patients with peripheral or deep vascular disease (varicose vein or other circulatory disorders) and "cellulite" ,because it doesn't causes skin worming.

large-vessel disease
I'd use "large vessel".
The sentence appears to refer to a method that aids/promotes circulation, improving peripheral disorders (varicose veins) and large vessel problems (e.g. DVT).
