From a questionnaire regarding contact lenses, in response to "Thought Feelings [in English in the source]":

"bonne description du produit, mais la mise trop petite et pas assez aerée... limite ca donne pas vraiment envie de lire."

Later, under "Unappealing about [again, in English in the source]":

"rien ne m'a choqué, mon attention a ete plus attiré par la mise qui deplait."

Note I copied and pasted, spelling and syntax are part of the context.

pour moi, il s'agit de la mise en page puisque plus loin on dit qu'elle est limite au point de ne pas donner envie d'etre lue. Présentation irait aussi! Bonne chance!

When you say presentation you presumably mean an advertisement or some kind of printed document, rather than someone standing up and talking. Or is it the packaging they're talking about?

thought feelings and unappealing about Do you have no say in these UN-English expressions? I guess that must be the case, but in your place I would at least flag these nonsensical errors to the client. Maybe they used machine translation to produce them in the first place?
Unless of course there is some text missing, like "what do you find unappealing about XXX?"

Context? Who are the people responding? If these are members of the public, I'd be a little surprise; but if they were people with experience in DTP, graphics, etc., then shortening 'mise en page' to 'mise' would make a lot of sense, as well as the use of 'aérer'.

Thank you Terry. There are two other responses (from different respondents) that support your interpretation. One complains about the size of the writing on the screen, the other complains that there was too much text and not enough images. I am tempted to choose your answer among all the (numerous) ones that have been proposed.
