English term
spl. proc.
English to German
Law/Patents
Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
I am translating a birth certificate from the Philippines into German. In the section "remarks" there is this sentence:
"Persuant to the order (...) rendered by judge XXX (...), under ***spl. proc.*** no. 2506, the middle name of the child (...) is hereby ordered corrected from (...) to (...)."
What is here abbreviated and/or what does it mean?
Thank you for your answer.
