Dutch term

ongedaanmakingsverplichting

Dutch to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Purchasing Agreement
I have found an explanation for this term in Dutch with a rather long but helpful example (see link below), so I understand that this term refers to the obligation to return of goods or services following dissolution of a contract or a failure to meet the obligations of a contract. However, I do not know the equivalent English term and cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?
I have already considered obligation to undo or obligation to reverse or obligation to return goods/services, but I am sure there is a more precise term.

Thanks Michael, I couldn't believe it could be so simple! Sometimes I should just trust my judgment I guess, but it's nice to know there's some evidence to back it up.

agree writeaway : Even good ol' Van Dale has the terms. It's just more difficult because they have to be looked up individually.
