De cuenta a mí que yo descanse

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Health Care
From an interview with a patient about the care he receives for a particular condition. He is describing the process he goes through to get an appointment.

Entrevistador: De acuerdo.

Mexican (D.F.) Spanish

The transcription is unreliable in terms of accents and punctuation.

dé cuenta let me know in advance when the appointment will be so that I make sure it is a non-working day for me, because I can't miss working days

That's how I interpret it (not a translation proposal).
