この目線の使い方は誤りだと思いますが、マーケティングでは多用されていますね。

I think in this situation, you can add a clarifying word (i.e. consumer or customer) to make it clearer for the English reader.

Or of course you can make it more creative/less literal, according to the context. Best of luck :)
