This agency is part of Peru's Dirección General de Medicamentos, Insumos y Drogas, which in turn is part of Ministro de Salud. However, I'm having trouble coming up with the best English equivalent. I have determined that Dirección General de Medicamentos, Insumos y Drogas and Ministro de Salud refer to General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies and Drugs and Ministry of Health, respectively, but what about the DAS? Suggestions welcome.
